  • Project Manager/Business Analyst

    We are looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible creating documentation, planning and managing new projects in the company – mobile and web applications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines
    • Guide the team in accurately estimating project timelines and facilitate team estimates
    • Oversee the progress of engineering development projects and coordinate sprint releases
    • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, iteration planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospectiveGuide the team in accurately estimating project timelines and facilitate team estimates
    • Drive team execution during iterations, communicate with management and stakeholders, and shield the team from excessive workloads
    • Manage project conflicts, address challenges, and adapt to dynamic business requirements to ensure high operational performance

    • Conduct post-mortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices and enhance productivity
    • Proactively identify and remove obstacles to facilitate workflow
    • Maintain team data in project management software (e.g., JIRA) to support accurate estimates and efficient execution
    • Prepare and present high-level project updates for senior management
    • Perform other necessary duties as required

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, economics, or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management within the IT field, including gathering requirements and documentation, finalizing requirements with customers, and preparing for the development team
    • 1+ year of Blockchain experience 
    • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies (SCRUM / Agile), and best practices
    • Ability to track deliverables from internal and external teams with a keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills
    • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
    • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
    • Experience in business analysis and modeling/prototyping tools
    • Experience with RDBMS is highly advantageous
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in English: Upper Intermediate/Advanced

  • Project Manager/Product Owner

    Protofire is looking for a Project Manager/Product Owner to join our DAO, to lead the team, and successfully deliver web3 projects.

    Required:

    • Leadership experience as PM, PO for 5+ years
    • DeFi Protocol experience or knowledge
    • Agile Methodologies knowledge
    • Experience leading engineering teams in blockchain, crypto, or Web3: good understanding of the required dev team composition
    • Proactive and willing to take ownership of the projects and the product vision, good decision-making skills
    • Outstanding communication level with clients and teams
    • Able to lead tech discussions related to product requirements with a client and a dev team
    • A passion for decentralized self-regulated systems and Web3 technologies

    Bonus experience:

      Responsibilities
      Consult customers on designing and developing applications for cloud (cloud-native applications) using your experience with Spring Framework for Java, cloud infrastructures, cloud-native architecture designs, legacy application migrations. Design distributed solutions using experience with Cloud platforms – Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes. Use experience with Internal Architecture of Cloud Foundry VMware Tanzu to develop and support Heartbeat solution and Altoros Tiles (additional components that extend core functionality).       Altoros has been working closely with VMware Tanzu (formerly Pivotal) services since 2014, focusing on Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes with Tanzu Application Service (TAS) and Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG) is still a significant focus for us. If you love the Cloud Native ecosystem and working with open-source container technologies, we have a role for you. We’re looking for people with at least a year of production experience using Tanzu products such as TAS, TKG, and TAP.

      How you will make an impact

      • You will be responsible for various aspects of deploying, integrating, optimizing, and automating VMware Tanzu environments.
      • You will work side-by-side with some of the most experienced engineers in the VMware Tanzu ecosystem and with some of the most sophisticated customers.
