Working conditions

  • The 40-hour workweek. It is possible to agree your individual work schedule with a direct manager. Most employees start their working day from 10–11 a.m.
  • The official salary is tied to the U.S. dollar with payments twice a month. The ability to transfer a part of the salary to a currency card.
  • 25 vacation days per calendar year.
  • Currently remote work. Work from the office is possible upon request.
  • Secure car parking lot and bicycle parking for the lovers of pedaling :)

Professional Development

  • External education. Altoros pays for external trainings, conferences and certification of employees in agreement with a direct manager.
  • Internal education. Knowledge sharing within a department, cross-departments/other Altoros locations.
  • A corporate English school. Group studies, individual classes, and specialized courses are held by Altoros English teachers. We invite native speakers to our exciting English Game Nights.
  • A corporate discount at SkyEng online English language school.
  • The “Mann, Ivanov and Ferber” publishing house corporate e-library which contains 800+ books on various topics in all e-book formats including audio.
  • Educational meetings with interesting invited guests. A dog handler, a financial expert, a nutritionist, a priest and many others have already visited us!
