Working conditions

  • The 40-hour workweek. It is possible to agree your individual work schedule with a direct manager.
  • The official salary is tied to the U.S. dollar with payments twice a month.
  • 25 calendar days of vacation per year.
  • Currently remote work.

Professional Development

  • External education. Altoros pays for external trainings, conferences and certification of employees in agreement with a direct manager.
  • Internal education. Knowledge sharing within a department, cross-departments/other Altoros locations.
  • A corporate English school. Group studies, individual classes, and specialized courses are held by Altoros English teachers.
  • A corporate discount at SkyEng online English language school.
  • Educational meetings with interesting invited guests. A dog handler, a financial expert, a nutritionist, a priest and many others have already visited us! Those online sessions welcome our employees on regular bases. We are always open to new ideas and suggestions on who would be our next guests.
  • Cross - coaching sessions from colleagues. Altorosians are multifaceted, therefore, they share their experience, professional skills, as well as their hobbies and interests.
