  • Digital Marketing Manager

    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Understand and implement strategies based on the B2B marketing funnel and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), including message adaptation to customer journey maps (CJM)
    • Develop and optimize landing pages mockup and copy
    • Coordinate content project development across design and web development teams
    • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads
    • Handle profiles on directories and marketplaces (e.g., Clutch, DesignRush)
    • Use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for tracking and custom reports
    • Operate marketing automation tools like Zapier or Make
    • Plan, execute, and report on digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance metrics
    • Analyze campaign performance rigorously, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations

    Will be beneficial:

    • Perform SEO optimization including keyword research and meta optimization
    • Create engaging ad creatives for social media platforms

    Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in b2b product or service business
    • Hands-on experience (at least 3 years) working with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
    • Proven, successful creation, execution, measurement, analysis, and reporting of inbound programs across channels
    • Advanced knowledge of current and innovative B2B lead generation methods across multiple channels (PPC, SEM/SEO, display, social, events, etc.)
    • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools (Zapier, Make)
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and make informed decisions
    • Creative skills for developing effective ad creatives and optimizing landing pages
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
    • Upper-intermediate or higher English level

  • Marketing Data Analyst / BI developer

    Altoros is a large software consulting and development company employing more than 350 people worldwide. We help Global 2000 organizations with the choice of development methodology and technology stack, employee training and development of comprehensive solutions.

    As a Marketing Data Analyst / BI Developer, your ultimate goal will be to create a comprehensive yet easy-to-read Marketing KPI dashboard. This dashboard will serve as a single source of marketing data for both the team and the entire company. You’ll play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across marketing initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and maintain dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau
    • Synthesizing insights from qualitative and quantitative data sources
    • Manage integrations and interactions between CRM/ERM systems and other platforms like Odoo, Hubspot, and Tableau
    • Optimize CRM entity relationships and structure to minimize manual entry and ensure accurate data presentation
    • Set up web analytics systems like Google Analytics 4, GTM and Hotjar
    • Manage an internal analytical database, including reporting tables in BigQuery, supporting and expanding existing solutions, and implementing new storage solutions
    • Handle requests from colleagues to connect to services/tools via API, work on A/B and multivariate testing strategies, collaborating with the development team to set up pipelines
    • Work with advertising account data from platforms like Google Ads, Bing and LinkedIn, analyzing, processing, and ensuring its relevance

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R or Python)
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Tableau)
    • Understanding of statistical analysis methods
    • Knowledge of Hadoop and other big data technologies
    • Excellent knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics.
    • Good knowledge of the structure and features of GA4
    • Ability to notice anomalies in reports and find their causes
    • Knowledge of the features of different types of attribution of advertising channels
    • English level B1 or higher

    Is a plus:

    • Marketing background
    • SAS, CWA, AWS, IQ, or BI certifications
    • Knowledge of BI approaches and basic understanding of data warehouse architecture is a big plus
    • Experience of working with Amazon Q

    We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join the team of our customers. You will take care of a project in the fintech domain where you can apply your knowledge of how to test mobile and web applications.

    🌍 Location: 100% remote

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicating and working with business owners to write and implement related test plans/ strategies, arranging hardware and software for the test setup
    • Designing test cases/acceptance criteria
    • Executing tests
    • Reporting testing status to project stakeholders

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
    • 2+ years of experience in QA
    • Understanding of development methodologies
    • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
    • Experienced with SQL, scripting languages
    • Experience with testing APIs
    • Experience with common delivery tools and processes
    • English Upper-Intermediate
    • Any kind of business analysis/technical writing experience is a big plus
    • Experience with mobile projects is a big plus
