  • Head of Sales

    About The Role
    You will be a part of the international Sales Team, which is an eclectic mix of best-of-the-breed experts.
    The ideal candidate is first and foremost command of the English language and sales skills.

    This is a full-time and remote position.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
    • Develop the sales plans. Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the CMO and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning
    • Evangelize the product and personally help close the largest deals
    • Work collaboratively across teams – including Engineering, Product, and Marketing
    • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
    • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
    • Create personal development plans/roadmaps for sales managers and implement them

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years of relevant IT sales experience including management functions
    • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

Depending on your expertise and professional interests, you’ll be assigned a particular set of topics, such as telemedicine or finance.

    We are searching for a full-time employee who is addicted to writing and has a strong interest in how complex IT solutions address corporate and technology needs. Our ideal recruit could be a linguistics university graduate with 1+ year experience in writing about software technologies. Support and assistance will be provided on a daily basis, so you’ll have to be able to learn very quickly.

    Responsibilites:
