    Responsibilities

  • Middle/Senior Customer Acquisition Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive customer acquisition strategies across various channels (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn and others)
    • Conduct experiments and research
    • Optimize campaign performance based on data-driven analysis and strategies

    Requirements

  • Senior Sales Manager

    About The Role

    We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who is able to act in a collaborative manner and will be responsible for developing sales, increasing company’s revenue and acting as the point of contact for prospects and customers, building successful relationships, and driving business results.

    The ideal candidate is someone with great communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, strong sense of responsibility for results and comfortable interacting with all levels, including Executive Management, Engineering, Product, Finance, and Marketing leaders.

    Responsibilities

    Building New Opportunities:

    • Effectively communicate Altoros services and capabilities to address IT needs that support customers’ business goals via a solution-selling or expert-selling approach
    • Presenting to executives, negotiation, creation, and driving deals to closure
    • Extend into account management as needed for large strategic partnerships
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities across prospects
    • Coordinate with technical teams to create compelling and goal-driven solution offerings for customers and prospects

    About The Role
    You will be a part of the international Sales Team, which is an eclectic mix of best-of-the-breed experts.
    The ideal candidate is first and foremost command of the English language and sales skills.

    This is a full-time and remote position.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
    • Develop the sales plans. Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the CMO and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning
    • Evangelize the product and personally help close the largest deals
    • Work collaboratively across teams – including Engineering, Product, and Marketing

    Protofire works exclusively with entrepreneurs who are builders of decentralized infrastructure protocols, applications, and ecosystems.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Decentralized apps development using part or all of:
      • Smart Contracts development using Solidity
      • Decentralized storage, computing, wallets, private messaging
    • Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines implementation
